How to Generate a Zombie Love Story AI Video (Step by Step)

Put the two of you into the viral zombie love story from two photos: every step with real screenshots, what it costs and tips for the best result.

Oct 15, 2026

The zombie love story is the short film where a survivor raises a gun at an infected figure, recognizes the person they love and opens their arms instead, before it cuts to a happy memory of the two of them in a golden field. The trend is to put your own two faces into it. With the Zombie Love Story AI Generator you need two photos and a few minutes: the AI recasts both characters across the whole 24-second film and keeps the house, the field, the camera and the original sound. This guide shows every screen, with real screenshots.

The short version: sign in, buy a pack ($8.90 for one video), add a photo of each of you, click Generate video, wait several minutes, download the 24-second MP4.

1. Open the generator

Go to zombielovestory.net and scroll to Make your Zombie Love Story video, or click Create video at the top. Signed out, the generator shows the two photo slots and asks you to sign in before you generate.

2. Sign in

Sign in with Google, get a one-time code by email, or use your email and a password. The videos you buy and the videos you make are tied to this account.

3. Buy videos

Videos come in one-time packs; there is no subscription and no free generation. Every video is the same 24-second film with the original sound, and videos you have bought but not made yet never expire:

PackPricePer video
1 Video$8.90$8.90
3 Videos$24.90$8.30
7 Videos$49.90$7.13

Checkout is handled by Stripe; the videos land in your account a few seconds after paying.

4. Add two photos

Back on the generator, add one photo of each person. Photo 1 plays the survivor who holds the gun; photo 2 plays the person in the golden-field memory; the infected figure in the house stays as filmed. What works best:

  • Front-facing, eyes visible, no sunglasses or hats, even light.
  • One person per photo, waist-up rather than a tight face crop.
  • Want the other version? Swap the photos to switch who holds the gun.

Then tick the box confirming the photos show you or adults who agreed. Photos of celebrities, public figures or minors are not allowed.

5. Generate

Click Generate video. One video from your pack is used when it starts, and rendering takes several minutes. You can close the tab; the video keeps rendering and appears in My videos. If a render fails, the video comes back to your account automatically. With no videos left, Generate video opens the three packs instead.

6. Download and post

When it is done, watch it and download the MP4 from the generator or from My videos. You get the full 24-second film in its portrait frame with the original sound, ready for TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Turn on the platform's AI-generated label when you post.

My videos keeps each video for 30 days, or 1 year once you have bought the 3 or 7 Videos pack.

What to expect

  • The two main characters change; the house, the window light, the golden field and the camera move exactly as in the original film.
  • Faces are closest when the photos are front-facing; in fast turns or wide shots a face can drift a little. A likeness is not guaranteed.
  • It is not gory: the infected look is pale skin and cloudy eyes, and the gun is never fired.

Ready? Open the generator or see pricing first.
